She has worked with thousands of participants, fitness leaders, and older adults through community fitness, personal training, group fitness, post-secondary education, and professional development. Her expertise includes active aging, exercise programming, fitness leadership education, brain health, and healthy aging. Known for her practical teaching style, Kim focuses on turning complex concepts into real-world strategies that fitness leaders can apply immediately. Through this course, Kim shares the knowledge, tools, and lessons learned from four decades of helping people build strength, confidence, independence, and quality of life through movement.
