Meet Coach Kim With more than 40 years of experience in fitness, health, and education, Coach Kim has helped thousands of people build strength, improve mobility, and move through life with greater confidence. I am currently attending Kim's Full Function and Fascia Flow classes. Full Functions's complete range of motion and core work is an outstanding total body workout. I can modify anything easily to my bodies capabilities which makes it ideal for me. Fascia Flow works our Fascia, a body part that is extremely important for flexibility and mobility. In just a few classes I already notice changes and improvement. Kim has extensive knowledge along with lots of tips and tricks to keep you safe.
